I am going to reserve judgment until I get to read a copy of Poll's book.

For the most part, he do a very good job officiating matches. However, it did seem at times that he came across as the "star" of the matches.

Officials should be doing the games behind the scenes as much as possible and let the teams fight it out.

Anyways, I feel bad for Poll's 3 yellow cards incident. To have that mistake magnified in front of billions of people must be a terrible thing to have to go through.
