Just guessing from the surroundings of the pictures:
Truck slid on an icy road, went over the rail and stopped. Because the cab of the truck is heavier than the bed, and because the truck just happened to come to rest right at that very point where the weight difference created a weak point, the truck just gave and bent that way.
