That's what the summer is for. End of the day, they're professionals. They're getting paid to do what they're doing. And they don't even have to do it at full speed but twice a week.

I get a salary. There are days where I feel tired as well. I don't get to work less hours because I need some rest. I put in the same hours every day 5 days a week. Sure, it's not as physically strenuous, but these guys were aware of it when they stepped into it.
