I think not.
Brazil have great technical ability from their strikers to their goal keepers. We are not bad ourselves but we are not quite on the same level with the exception of one or two players.
I think both styles rely on team work and some great individual ability too but theyre not quite the same imo. Brazil play with wing backs and although we occasionally do that too, its not quite done to the same extent. They come across as a lot more patient on the ball and are happy to just keep passing the ball, switching it until there is an opening. I think although we do that sometimes, we are a lot more direct
Are we better than them? Its tough to compare but i think the only positions we are stronger are perhaps the defense and the wings.

I think thats spot on tbh. Although we do have rooney its not quite the same.
