You want to say that our style is a directed formation,based on the winger threat.But the direct style of play includes particularly a long pass activity,which you see is not as much as the quick passing style played by United.
I would say its more like a high-tempo,quick-fire,short passing formation that sometimes benefits from wingers use of space(it depends of the pitch however) and has clearly a playmaker forward in Ronaldo,which Brazil does not have...
By the all they have defense,they just dont concentrate on that.In Brazil everyone wants to be a striker,so a Brazilian defender is a "not accomplished" forward.
