it's negotiable, after all they are touts.
when i was OT, i looked for some touts and didn't find any. I didn't look super hard since I already had tickets, but I defintely did try to soak everything in.
Quality of Posts > Quantity of Posts
There is a reason I bleed red. United until I die.
