Rooney is by far the best player on England and if England want to have any chance of doing anything in the next WC, Rooney is going to have to star. No question he can do it. He will one day be a great captain for United and for England. Anytime soon though is a bit of a stretch. He is still a bit hot-tempered sometimes and he showed that in the Arsenal game. Sometimes the emotions do get the better of Rooney still. But he'll learn to direct that emotion into his form.
