Leadership Abilities.
Scoring Prowess.

What is it for you. Because the term in my opinion, is thrown around on a regular basis for some players that really shouldn't be labelled as such.

Tell me what your criteria is and then name some players that you believe are legends, but don't necessary get that across the board distinction. Please make sure to indicate whether you are talking about a club legend [one who is held in the highest regard by there clubs fans] and/or a football legend [high regard by many fans worldwide].
