He doesn't need to learn anything about "how" to play football in the US. If anything, there are quite a few MLS players who could stand to learn some of his work ethic.

Right. The fact that he was an assist leader for the majority of his career at United was just besides the point, I suppose?
It's a team sport. The fact that he hasn't had much success since leaving Old Trafford is as much his fault as it is every single one of his teammates since.
David Beckham isn't the greatest player in the world. He may not even be the best right-winger in the world. I would say that he's been well-aware of that. Don't hate the player--hate the media machine that built up the hype.
