Talented coach whose best days were when ten Cate was associated with the coaching staff.

Frank is a player's manager and imo, he needs an assistant who is tactics inclined and who runs practices like a drill sargeant.

ten Cate was that person.

Once he left, the players lost focus and discipline and it went all downhill from there.

Hopefully the new coach can get the job done.
