It depends on the bargains they get... if they strengthen back to front and get a good GK plus some quality defenders their chances will go up.
Their chairman says he's willing to help out beyond the 15 M so I have a feeling he'll loosen the pursestrings beyond the 15. If they can sign some talented youngsters, poach some cheapies from the fizzy pop division, etc their chances will go up.
