Ramsey must be playing - Toshack
Wales manager John Toshack says Aaron Ramsey must go out on loan if he signs for a Premier League club this summer.
Ramsey has been linked with a move to Premier League and European champions Manchester United with a possible loan-back to the Bluebirds.
Cardiff have already rejected a bid from Liverpool and Arsenal are also said to be interested.
But Toshack insists if Ramsey does move to the top flight then he should not be left watching his team from the stands.
