you do realize that's an absolute horrible reason to vote for anyone. How about we start setting some personal standards for what we individually find acceptable. Clearly our standards aren't high enough, but to lower them because of past miscalculations, is an even worse outcome. I'm sure that the irony that people say "Can't be worse than bush; I'd vote for him" has not gone unrecognized by Colbert. In fact, I think that might be his point.
