However it will be interesting to see what tracker will be the "next OiNK". So far IMO there are five candidates. Three trackers (stmusic.org, libble.com, funkytorrents.com) that have existed for some time and two new trackers (what.cd and waffles.fm).
As BOiNK won't be a private tracker it will be very hard to be sure about music quality. It is good that tpb are atleast trying to do something.
