Default Heinze to LiverSpain? - 07-16-2007, 01:14 AM

It seems that United might have a situation on there hands. Apparently, LiverSpain has met United's valuation for Gabriel Heinze at 6.8 million pounds. United haven't accepted, because it would be the first direct transfer of a player from United to LiverSpain in over 40 years.

Also, Heinze has the option of buying out his last 2 years of his contract and joining LiverSpain. But it appears that he wants United's blessing (which I sincerely doubt would ever happen). I'm thinking United want Heinze to go to Spain/Italy if he has a burning desire to leave.

What should United do? Would you think any less of Heinze if he were to join with LiverSpain?
