Personally I miss Ole the most because he was (and still is my favorite) player.
I love Smith as well and miss him too but I have to admit that the team doesn't seem to miss him so much..
Beckham however is someone that I felt we missed for a few years after he left. Now Ronaldo is more than filling the void.
