The fact that his injuries are reoccurring is not proof that he will never be back.

Don't think there is anything baseless or over the top about the question posed or opinions stated.
Neville has been out since March, with a be back date in May. It's now December. Numerous surgeries, setbacks, 2 more weeks and you really have to wonder what is going on.
No one is saying that they don't want Neville back. He is an important part of the team. As good as Brown has played, I think everyone would agree that a healthy Neville would improve the side 2 fold.
When Nev was first out in March, I could have sworn that the initial reports out of United was a calf injury. Blood pooling up in that area. So did this ankle break that I'm now reading happened then, or thereafter? Was the blood pooling after ankle surgery or before? The mystery and lack of clarification out of United has to make you wonder about the severity of the injury.
Anyways, best of luck to Neville on this latest recovery attempt. You always want to see important players leave the game on there own terms and not by injury. Hurt very much when Ole was denied this opportunity. Would be just as painful if Neville is denied this as well.
