What have you watched recently? What would you recommend (oldie or new one)? Your particular favorites? Movies you wonder how the hell they ended up being filmed in the first place? All-time Top 10 list?

Let's hear it!!!!

I've been on a mini-binge lately, catching up on some fairly recent releases as well as some that I've been meaning to watch for a while. Ended up with a mini-Chris Cooper movie festival here this week, having watched "The Kingdom" and "Breach" in quick succession. Also watched "Lions For Lambs." Still need to actually finally watch "Borat" and "300," and I want to catch "American Gangster," "Eastern Promises," "3:10 To Yuma," and "I Am Legend." Tried watching "Babel," but I just can't seem to get into it.

I'd recommend "Breach" for sure, and "The Kingdom" as long as you don't mind the stereotypes and "Lions For Lambs" if you don't mind how preachy it gets.

Top 10 Movies/Genres(sequels/series count as 1):

Star Wars
Godfather
Gladiator (Crowe, not the crappy boxing one with the brooding dude from "Twin Peaks")
Braveheart
The Matrix (I know, the sequels sucked)
Most sports movies (particularly "We Are Marshall," "Friday Night Lights," "Remember The Titans," and "Bull Durham")
Hong Kong mob flicks
Holy Grail
Battle Of Midway
All Quiet On The Western Front
