I'll probably be in here fairly often to check out what other people are seeing. I'll post my "off the top of my head" top 15 movies in no particular order:

The Sting
Chinatown
Lawrence of Arabia
Casablanca
The Maltese Falcon
LOTR
Citizen Kane - this one pops in and out. I have a problem not including it because it's such an amazing cinematic achievement and it's so influential, but at the same time I don't really have an urge to see it again.
