So, if you're working out, on a diet and want to show what works for you. Post it up.
Currently being a gym rat at the moment. I'll start posting up my workouts.
Legs
Squats: 6 sets
Hack Squats: 3 sets - 2 outer, 1 inner
Leg Press: 3 sets - 2 outer, 1 inner
Walking Lounges - 2 settings from one end of the gym to the other
(approx 15-17 ft)
Leg Curls - 5 sets
Leg Extensions - 2 sets
Calf Machine - 4 sets
Outer thigh machine - 2 sets
[I'll get weights used when I come back from the gym. My book is left there.]
