I do 7 sets of PBR lifts, followed by 4 body shots (there are plenty of bitc....physical trainers about) and finish up with a few hours of excessive jumping and hip-hop aerobics. I do it about twice a week and it has kept me in tip-top shape since college.
During the week I stay in shape with a few thousand finger push excersices, a number of turn the pages (all to the tune of "Turn the Page" great song), and I finish with a little punching the wall in reaction to the frustrating boss man.
