I guess Nani's planing to stay at United for a long time, if he's willing to wait. After Giggs will end his career, Nani will be the first choice for left winger.
Also, i think the fact that he's willing to wait means he's not eager to get to the peak of his career so fast, but wants to build it step by step, as russians say: slowly but confident.
