Don't worry mate.
I just realized something. There was talk of United buying tevez out right if Kia fails to win the case in high court. West Ham said that they are willing to give tevez's registration to Kia provided he pays 5m. United are believed to have noted that down as the back up plan. So if Kia looses the case we will use 5m out of the 7m we received for Rossi, and give it to Kia to release the registration papers. Once that is done we will buy him outright.
This gives us a chance of getting Tevez and brining back Rossi in near future.
