im only at the start of my second season at the moment, just about to start pre season friendlies. i started a new game when the update came out.

i have the 5 attackers in my team set to short passing, quick play and lots of creativity, and have the CM role set to defensive and direct passing. So when its long balled up, and one of my 5 red arrows gets it it's breathtaking. Oh and the anderson/rooney position is set to free role.

I bought zapata, pander and samba in my first season.
but had to depart with rio £28 million to AC milan. to fund my aguero signing.

ive just signed alves for £30 million, about 18 up front and the rest over 18 months. i requested more transfer money straight away, and they said yes happy days. and decreased my wage budget a bit to get even more transfer money. still very safe wage wise though.

so my three main targets to sign are

1. veloso (CB/DM/CM)
2. guardado (WBL/ML/ATML)
3. luis jimenez (CM/ATM RLC)

Not planning on selling anyone, other than silvestre, saha or park if anyone bids for them. But barca and inter keep trying to snatch pique. which i will not let happen.

o'shea did quality for me last season in RB, gave him a start ahead of brown, and his first 5 games were 8's.

im gona play some more tonight. so ill post any news tomorrow.

First season was pretty awful... my board accepted an offer for evra so i had o'shea for a season, i finished 4th lost in the carling cup final to man city, lost in FA cup 4th round to chelsea and CL quarters to AC Milan

I put my reserve team in league one - they got promoted through the play offs.... it had nothing to do with me lending them ronaldo and him scoring a hatrick :P

and somehow I'm 2nd behind Man City in the prem...

and i just beat Bristol city 10 - 0 in the FA cup with a second string team (Walcott 4, Neymar 2, Brown, Bojan 3)

Forgot to post my team. Only managed to make one purchase: 11.2 mil for Rafinha (RB) from Shalke. Can you believe that 12.5 mil is all the board can afford to give me?! Travesty! I'm aiming for the CL this season, since my squad is quite bare at the moment. They don't rate Park, Saha or Carrick very highly with stats, so i use them sparingly. Hence i need a Striker, and two midfielders in the off season to have a stronger squad.

i finished my first season winning all 5 trophies, finished with 108 points in the league.

but when i next tried to load it it said it wont load my game :'(

Man that sucks! I've never been able to win the treble believe it or not! I always do something stupid like play a weaker team in the FA cup and lose to a spirited Sunderland or Wigan or Derby.

I think i have 'Rafa-itis'...i rotate too much.

i think some players like elano are way too good on the game.

ps. on that game, i lost 1 ELP game which was the 37th of the season against chelsea.
