This EURO kinda sucks. No England and no Ireland for me, so it's pretty much nothing. I like players like Ronaldo, Kuyt, van der Sar or van der Vart, but that's it. I won't be watching a whole game because of them. I'm really sad that "my" boys aren't there... Everyone is going crazy about Germany or Turkey here, and it annoys me so much that I'll probably hang up my England flag in the window just to annoy the other ones...
I was into France back when Zidane played for them but ever since he left I can't watch a whole game of them.

Surprise omissions include David Trezeguet and Gael Clichy.
Quote:
David Trezeguet and Gael Clichy have been left out of the provisional France squad for Euro 2008.
France coach Raymond Domenech has named his 30-man squad for next month's finals in Austria and Switzerland with the deadline for the final 23-man squad on 28th May.
Juventus hit-man Trezeguet has been omitted after a much-publicised bust-up with Domenech last year.
Clichy's absence is a blow for the defender following the Arsenal man's impressive season with the Gunners, but Emirates team-mate William Gallas does make the squad.
Milan-bound Mathieu Flamini is included in the squad along with Portsmouth's FA Cup winner Lassana Diarra.
Manchester United star Patrice Evra makes the 30-man squad, while Chelsea trio Claude Makelele, Florent Malouda and Nicolas Anelka are also included.
Barcelona hit-man Thierry Henry will lead the attack, while St Etienne's Bafetimbi Gomis is surprise name in the squad after earning his first call-up.
