Oh I didn't make it. It probably means that money can't buy quality, flair, beautiful football - the things that Abramovich craves, but for everything else, there's Man United, who can both develop and buy quality players instead of Chelski's overrated, overpaid losers. Nothing wrong with that, if you have money to spend, might as well spend on quality!
