Well the first round bores me to tears tbh. i do hate it. Anyone else wish they would kill this group stage crap and just do rankings and top 8 seeding to decide positions in a tournament style system.

How dare you disrespect my favourite footie tourney. I thoroughly enjoy all rounds of the CL and it really is entertaining.

Group stage always bring about surprises. I like how it is set up now and tbh, I am not too excited about Plantini's proposed changes.

Now, back to watching the Porto/Liverscum match. It's pretty exciting to a neutral.. or is it because I want Liverscum to lose so bad...

Same here funk. I love the group stages as well. You get to see alot of great teams and also b introduced to many new talents just beginning to make a name for themselves. Additionally, I dont have to wait til the weekend to catch some footie either which is sweet.

If they were just going thru the motions I wouldn't watch the group. but they give it their best from the beginning, IMO.
