Default EPL Predictions 2007/08 (top 5 only)

Man Utd
Arsenal
Chelsea
Liverpool
Spurs

Thats what I think it will be. I do believe that Arsenal will come out stronger than anyone expects them at this point.

4th/5th are tough ones to call... I see Arsenal getting UEFA cup/Intertoto by the skin of their teeth...

I'll agree with Dada putting Tottenham 4th... 5th could be almost anyone...

To everyone who's got Arsenal in the top4, why do you think they'll still finish there? I see them doing quite poorly this season, and I think they are going to massivly miss Henry this season. They missed him badly the last few months of the season and I think without finding a proper replacement for him, they'll struggle even more.

That's my take on it, now to everyone who's got them in the top4.. why?

Well I guess there is a difference in prospective. I think Arsenal were playing good football and didn't miss henry much until RVP got injured. They were playing some great one touch passing football and created chances for fun. The only thing lacking was a leader and a finisher.

Thierry Henry is a horrible captain, he whines and totally lacks leadership. I never doubt that he is a great player, but his career goes downhill from now (he even became a bit slower when he made the return last season). Wenger has shrewdly replaced him with Dudu (da silva) who is a prolific goal scorer and a natural finisher. Now I know Arsenal still need 2-3 amazing players for different positions if they are to challenge for the title. However right now they have a finisher which can apply the finishing touch to a move and they are to be hard to beat. I personally think Henry's departure is a blessing in disguise.

well last year they finished top 4 and played w/out henry and RVP for most of the season. If their starters arent injured I think they will be fine.
