.. do you think that the african players has an effect on all clubs of europe ??

and why we see every famous club has an african player or 2 or more also .. is this mean that they are great or what ??!!

real quesiton becomes, as more and more players enter the european leagues, how do african nations begin to capture some of that talent and improve their own leagues. it's all fine and good to have the talent cross borders, but it would be nice to see some of the money come back to the nations who developed the talent.

Won't happen. What player would take such a massive cut in pay to stay in Africa?

I don't think that's what he meant.

Look at the "smaller" leagues in Europe. They lose talent, but at the same time make sure that they do there upmost to cultivate it.

Many African players are scouted and scouped up by major European clubs before the African clubs truly find them.

Which is my thoughts... that countries that don't really have the right infrastructure to get find these talents and development them before the "big boys". Well, you'll start to see a lot of these players on European teams.
