They won't win the league because they use cheap tactics and lack confidence in their own ability. Recall this seasons game with them, they were all trying to mentally upset our players, e.g Evra vs Mascherano, Anderson vs Gerrard, Rio vs Torres. It was absolutely absurd; they are all imbeciles. (I hope I don't get banned for writing this.)

Its hard when you rely on one player all the time to inspire you, create for you and even score for you ........Gerrard is but one player, he has a bad day ....then they have a bad day !

Every club always has one player, Ronaldo-utd, Gerrard- Liverpool, Drogba- Chelsea and Adebayor- Arsenal, but what makes a team is the players around those great players United have more. Liverpool only have 2 Gerrard and Torres, would pennant, kewell, Voroin get in to United team let along squad, they aren't good enough and the that's it.

but don't forget famous "rotation" of players in Lpool... If you add injuries to the mix then you realize that they haven't played same 11 in a lot of games...
But I'm not complaining http://unitedzone.info/forum/images/.../s_man_utd.gif

Well, I was going to say that the rotation policy is because of the American owners so you need an offense team, a defense team, a special purposes team, a cheerleading team.....

But then I thought, "Hang on, I know another team with American owners!" ;-)

Thank god for Sir Alex!
