Default Talk about being Ambitious

Tottenham has just got a Bid for Kebin Prince boeating accepted by hertha berlin. They are seriously building up a great squad, and IMO they are edging closer and closer to dislodge the 'Big Four'. I mean just look at the players they have added Kaboul, Bale, Bent and now Kevin and they are still looking to add a quality LW/LM.

KPB is a good signing for whoever. He was a joy to watch at Berlin. Another good Bundesliga talent going

Spurs have spent big and made some good signings but they are all quite young. Tottenham's squad is pretty young overall too so I doubt they will make it to top 4 next season already but in some years when all their current young talents and stars are starting to reach their top age they will be a very strong team.

Kaboul - 21
Bale - 18
Bent - 23
Taarbt - 18
Boateng - 20

In my opinion Spurs is a team for the future but with two or three top quality players they could be a massive force already next season.

Boateng: New face

Tottenham have completed the signing of Kevin-Prince Boateng from Hertha Berlin.
The Germany Under 21 international is regarded as one of the best young midfielders in Europe.

Tottenham have been chasing the 20-year-old for some time and they beat off interest from a host of clubs to land Boateng.

Boateng is excited at the prospect of playing in the Premier League with Tottenham.

"For me it is amazing to be in England," Boateng told the club's official website. "To be in London and playing for Spurs will be great for me.

"It has been my ambition to play in England, I am 20 now and am about to quickly realise my dream.

Famous

"I know that Spurs are a team who like to play offensive football. The club want to climb higher next season and I want to be a part of it.

"I watched the Premier League regularly in Germany, it is the most famous league in the world and I have always enjoyed it."

Spurs boss Martin Jol hailed the signing of Boateng and he believes he will be a valuable addition to the squad.

"Kevin is a talented player who plays for the Under 21 side of his country," said Jol. "You could compare him with the likes of Aaron Lennon and Tom Huddlestone in that he is an exciting player for now and the future.

"He is an attacking midfield player, very strong and that is one of his main assets.

"In Germany he is regarded as one of the biggest talents, we recognised this and went in for him."

i seriously hate they way they keep picking up the most promising talents, its getting irritating now. this guy will be a big hit this year, just like berba was last year.

I think the first Prince would have been a great signing. City fans must be gutted to miss out on such a talent.

Hope Boateng can survive his own shadow of being the 2nd choice Prince. Good luck to him.

Spurs have show so much ambition. Now I only hope they finish 10th and Berba leaves them to come to us. However I think spurs will put up a decent challenge this year but yet again finish in the 5th or lower spot as usual. Its not all about players, I personally think Martin Jol is not the man to break the big four.
