Man, the FA Cup draw for United this year has been nothing short of difficult. If I didn't know better, I would swear the fix is in for getting United dumped from the final.

Well, nothing in life is ever easy and for United, its just another competition where they are going to have to dig deep and get a result.

How much luck can Chelsea have? I mean they have had only easy teams to play in the FA Cup...

United's luck on the other hand is rotten. Out of all the teams, we had to play Arsenal... At least we're playin' at home, but with the funeral home that is Old Trafford lately that wont help too much.

Come on lads. To be the best you have to beat the best. I'm glad we've got opposition like this to be honest. No letting up now boys, bring 'em on!

Agree. If we beat Arsenal, no one will stand in our way to the FA Cup trophy. It'll we a tough game, but United is a Great Team!!! And we can win!
P.S. When we played Arsenal last time it finished 2-2, after they scored in injury time!

The draws this year have been most like every other year.We always get to play only Premiership clubs to get to the final(unlike Liverpool).I look at this situation from another point of view.Arsen Wenger for example after the draw thought "Oh mon Dieau, not them again".It will be a difficult match but I think we are the best club in the world at this moment and we just have to prove this once more by beating Arsenal.

playing big teams early has the advantage of not having to play them at latter stages and i agree with with BigMic but we have no luck at all. I swear it must be fixed, chelsea are just too lucky atm.

Fifth round fixtures:
Bristol Rovers v Southampton
Cardiff City v Wolves
Sheffield United v Middlesbrough
Liverpool v Barnsley
Manchester United v Arsenal
Preston v Portsmouth
Coventry City v West Brom
Chelsea v Huddersfield Town

liverpool have it easy too but they will probably only just win that. The made hard work of havant.

We actually have the only hard tie and have had the worst fixtures so far.

It's gotten better, and maybe it's just me, but I think you're barking up the wrong tree if you honestly think that Arsenal coming to town won't pump up the crowd.

Tough draw. Gotta like our chances at home, though. I hope it's played on Sunday. I'll be out of town Saturday.

And guaranteed 3 non-Premiership teams in the quarters. Well, look at it this way: as DC said--the Premiership sides are getting weeded out early, and if we can remain at the end of the day, it'll be a cakewalk.

I think in my opnion its going to be a classic tie. Mark my word there is no way that Arsenal beat Manchster United. Think about it we have the hard working Rooney, Ronaldo, Tevez, Geggs..............and the unpredicatbel O'Shea.

United 4
Arsenal 2

First Tottenham and now Arsenal! If we get by the Arse (seeming how are luck has been lately), then we'll probably end up getting Liverpool or Chelsea, Bloody Hell ! I do feel better that it is a home match and this is a match Scholes definately has to start. Let's hope for the best!
