Well, we won't get Chelsea... that would be a difficult match for them, and they just don't seem to get those in the FA cup.

Drawing Arsenal is unfortunate - not because they will be stiff opposition - but more because this is the kind of match-up that would be best suited for either the final or semi-final. Having the two best teams in the country meet in the 5th round almost seems like a bit of a waste. But, such is the FA cup.

I guess on the plus side, it is better for us to meet Arsenal on our own turf as opposed to either theirs or a neutral venue.

why is it that for the past few seasons United undoubtedly draws a premiere league team for every round of the cup

Do not fear. We have Ronaldo so we are already beating Arsenal by at least 1-0.

Remember the treble, we did it the hard way against everyone then, why not again. And drawing them in the 5th round means we get to play them at home, not on a neutral ground, gotta be a plus. If we're going to win it we always had to beat at least one of the big four. I just hope we don't have to beat all three of them! Also better to play the Arse now than when we're deep in CL ties and the season run-in.
