Don't let Rangers rioters spoil it for local fans!

Manchester City Council have decided not to put up Big Screens in Manchester for the Champions League final because of the Rangers thugs that ran riot in the City Centre on Wednesday.

Please sign the Petition so that those who live nearby can support their team as one in Manchester United's own city:

We want to show the City Council that we will not allow travelling fans who can't control themselves to spoil our celebrations. Utd fans who want to support their club in their town should be able to do so.

Please give your backing to Manchester and lets show Rangers fans what real fans supporting their clubs is meant to be.

i heard about it but thought it was a joke.

fucking drunken rangers fan come over here and ruin it for us

p/s bolton isnt far away from manchester and it must have a few decent pubs there, is it banned there too?

edit: mind you i understand why the police have decided to take such actions. I saw the vids of the policeman runnign away from drunken ranger fans and getting beaten with glass bottles. We arent to blame for it but the police cant risk it ever happening again in a short space of time, too much politics.

just go outside manchester a bit or go watch it on a big screen at home with your mates. I doubt this petition will change much.

well they've postponed the planned parade aswell because of this which is quite frustrating

disappointing that one of the biggest events of manchester relevance is put off by a teams fans that arent even from around here!

hope they get this changed as it will be a quality atmosphere to watch it out live and the day as a whole!
