Default Ronaldo as Striker

He's so prolific up front for Portugal, what are your thoughts on putting up top? That would decongest our midfield a bit, maybe bring giggsy to the right with nani on the left.

I know he likes dribbling at people, but he's also so super quick, that I'd bet he'd give Pipo Inzaghi a run for his money for offsides king.

I think he serves United best by playing in Midfield and running at Defenders.

We wouldnt get as much benefits from his talents by having him play up front. When he is working out on the wings he creates alot more opportunities for himself and his teammates with the "will he pass or shoot" dilemnas he poses to defenders. Plus I heard a few people say he was played up top during our last match and he didnt do so well either. I say, leave Rooney(now that our man is back) and Tevez out there to do their jobs.

i think he should play upfront but by the way giggs should play on the left hes a natural left footer and nani should play on the right he can play with both feet

why...why is that better, and how does that create a platform for ronaldo to excel?

I still think the best place to put him is on the right of midfield. He can create heaps of chances and runs

would like to see ronaldo up front for a bit, fitting nani on the right, and anderson on the left. could solve the lack of firepower problem until we buy a real striker

i'm reserving that right side spot for fletcher and putting anderson on the left is rediculous. he hasn't played for a reason this year. he has plenty of time to go before he's ready and in my opinion he needs a few minutes at the end of some games to deserve some time on the left side. lastly, why would you place nani on the right and anderson on the left. that's two players out of position. just doesn't make sense.

^He was the top scorer for United at RM, why mess with what works? He's most dangerous running at defenders, not holding the ball up.

Oh yeah, why are you typing like a fool? It's really annoying.
