he's a decent lad, but with the form vida and rio are in in , i really dont see him breaking into the first team squad on a regular basis

Maybe not on a regular basis, but it's a good point about needing depth at the central defender role. Cost us dearly last season.

I heard that after the Kiev away game, Pique and Nani had a fight on the plane and had to be separated, apparantly Fergie was furious. Don't know whether that has anything to do with it but both Pique and Nani haven't featured as much since.

Maybe if Pique played today, the result wouldve been different. Glad to see him stay on though. Never can have enough defenders, esp with Neville getting up there in age.

He played at right back for Zaragoza so maybe he could get a chance there for United while Neville is out. He has played at left back for United as well.

his zaragoza stint was mainly as defensive midfielder. He was absolutely awesome there too.

I United aren't able to come to terms with Brown, I think we'll be seeing a lot more of Pique next season.

He is a quality player and deserves a shot to play. Just a matter of when.
