Someone please explain how Carragher gets the nod for TOW, while Hargo, Anderson and Evra are ignored...wtf is going on?

Hargreaves in my opinion was MOTM, followed by Rio and Anderson.

I would then put Evra, Tevez and Vidic before Carragher.

I took a look at the list and I still don't see how Hargreaves isn't in there.
