Default Heinze to LiverSpain?

It seems that United might have a situation on there hands. Apparently, LiverSpain has met United's valuation for Gabriel Heinze at 6.8 million pounds. United haven't accepted, because it would be the first direct transfer of a player from United to LiverSpain in over 40 years.

Also, Heinze has the option of buying out his last 2 years of his contract and joining LiverSpain. But it appears that he wants United's blessing (which I sincerely doubt would ever happen). I'm thinking United want Heinze to go to Spain/Italy if he has a burning desire to leave.

What should United do? Would you think any less of Heinze if he were to join with LiverSpain?

In 1964, Liverpool paid £25,000 to Manchester United for Phil Chisnall. SMB was the manager at that time.

Heinze would = judas X 100

Well, Copa is over and that is when Gabby said he would announce his intentions. SAF has confirmed Heinze wants out.

I am definitely a fan of Heinze. If he demands a transfer to LiverSpain, I would definitely have to agree with GocartMozart's assessment. His reception upon his return to OT will be rough.

Hopefully Real Madrid overpay for him... or he has a change of heart and fights for his place...

United braced for Heinze exit

Sir Alex Ferguson has confirmed Gabriel Heinze wants to leave Manchester United.

Heinze has been linked with a summer move after losing his regular left-back slot to Patrice Evra last season.

The Argentinian has been courted by Liverpool, Newcastle United, Real Madrid and Barcelona, although Ferguson has yet to receive a firm bid.

However, the Red Devils manager acknowledged that Heinze is hoping to secure a transfer before the start of the season.

"Gaby's agent has advised us that he wants to move on," said Ferguson.

"I am not too sure about that and we do not have a concrete offer from any particular club.

"But there is some momentum regarding the player's next move in terms of through his agent, even if nothing is close at this moment in time."

Heinze joined United from Paris Saint Germain in a £6.9million deal three years ago and has made 83 appearances for the club, having missed the bulk of the 2005/06 season through injury.

Meanwhile, Ferguson has also confirmed that Gary Neville and Ole Gunnar Solskjaer should be back in training prior to the opening game of the season.

Louis Saha, though, is likely to sit out the match with Reading on 12th August as he is not due to return to training until the middle of next month.

tbh with you, all the best to him if he goes. i hope he injures his knee again, and rafa doesnt help him like fergie to get back into the Argie team straight away, but instead, sells him to a second rate club and gets a replacement.

this fella is beyond belief, he won fans player of the year, we helped him so much through bad times, and now he wants to go liverpool?

they have risse ffs, he is much better attacking than hienze, and is much quicker and doesnt have a gay haircut. hienze has no chance of beating risse.

if he wants to go, then he can go, to be quite fair, last season he was shite, around 7 mil is good price for a LB that is short, has a gay haircut, unapreciative, disloyal and a useless CB but thinks he is amazing there.

What is the reason he wants out? My guess would be more playing time but I doubt he would get more in Liverpool because Riise is better at left-back and in center Agger and Carragher are too good together. If he really wants out he should go to Spain or Italy.

I agree with GoCart's last statement.. There's no way that we'll let him go to the scouse, but if we somehow did, Heinze would be the #1 most hated at United. Ince was hated and called a judas cunt after going to pool from inter, after he left united (and kissing their badge, etc) but a straight united to pool transfer. feck me

They want Riise to slot in on the left wing. It solves their problem and makes them defensively very difficult going forward down the right. Two areas of weakness for Livershite, has been the right wing exposure when Riise moves forward, and in general the left back weakness when Riise is the left winger.

He has a history of this shit. He's never been loyal to a single club, and is a bit of a rogue. I'm not surprised by him wanting to leave. I am surprised by him wanting a ticket to Merseyside. That's just idiotic drama he's creating.

Send him to Spain, please!
