I'll be honest, i don't usually read it...
...the terms of service are generally the same on most forums/sites, so i already know what i can and can't do.

that is true and i think most people dont when they join a forum. Perhaps most of our TOS is common sense (yet somehow people violate it).


I think we should make our TOS more accessible by making it less wordy, more concise and better laid out.

However, I do think its pretty clear as it is and no one has an excuse, unless perhaps there is a language barrier.
