What a baby present!!!!

I absolutely HAVE to share this with everyone!!!!!

A friend of mine shared the idea that he had when getting ready for his baby to arrive. What he did was write to every MLB, NFL, NBA, and NHL team asking for items to put in the baby's room, and he received a ton of team memorabilia.

Well, I wasn't quite going to go that far, but what I did do was write to a handful of my favorite teams saying "We're about to have a baby, and I was wondering if there was any way to obtain some type of team souvenir." I also wrote to Sheffield United, since you can assume from my avatar that I'm a Bryan Robson fan.

I never heard back from any of them, so I figured "Ah well, it was worth a try."

So, fast forward to this evening, and Mrs. May26 checked the mail on her way home. She dropped an envelope in my lap. It was postmarked Sheffield, and I was wondering "Who the heck do I know in Sheffield?"

Opened it up, and presto

First words out of my mouth were "HOLY SHIT!!!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!! NO FREAKING WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

How freaking AWESOME is that?!?!?!?!?

Bryan Robson was the first million pound signing in English football history. I know... I was there

Congrats on the gift though, that's awesome!! I can't make out what he wrote on it though... can you please decipher that for me?

thats actually pretty nice of shefield to send you a signed photo. Just dont go selling it on ebay
