Avon Barksdale has made me his devotee! Fuck Marlo. I'm on Season 5 episode 4. This season looks retarded. The best season was season 3! Awesome, Omar vs Mouzone vs Stringer vs Avon vs Po-pos. I thought season 4 was weak with no String or McNulty or Avon, or Beady, but now that I think about it, it was cool!

Man, I hope Avon fucks Marlo big time. I have a theory, this is NOT a spoiler.

Avon is preparing Marlo to fuck the Eastside err....playas. With no money or personnel on them, I don't think the Special Unit will be able to catch them. Avon will give the police both Marlo and the Greek motherfuckers. How about that? 50 murders (with Omar killing further of the playas), drug smuggling and distribution, prostitution + a chance for a clean Baltimore (for some time at least) considering the press is about to go apeshit on the mayor's ass, for the release of The King, Avon! What do they have on him anyways?

that's not going to happen at all. the one thing i can tell you is that there will be no happy ending. it's not the wire's style to have a happy ending.

Not completely true.

I expect Omar to make it out alive. And for a character that was suppose to be dead in the first season. That would be a major achievement.

I can see McNaulty pulling off the bs he has brought to himself and the police force. Can't see him offing himself.

Avon was put in the click because of Stringer. Stringer tipped off the police that Avon was going on a shooting rampage he was busted with his boys in that warehouse full of guns and ammo. Avon tipped off Brother Mouzone and Omar where Stringer was. The relationship between Stringer and Avon was an awesome storyline and I completely agree with you Silas. Season 3 is so far the best. But I have a funny feeling season 5 will top it.

One of Avon's playas ate all the guns and bombs charges. There's no new charge on Avon.

Also, I don't see how Avon getting out is happy ending.

Maybe Marlo in Jessup, along with Omar, with Avon and WeeBay already there? Rofl!

Avon only lost his parole.

As far as what will happen, I think it's all pie int he sky from you funky. I could definitely see McNulty just break down and put a gun to his head then spend the rest of his years in prison with the people he obsessed over.

As for Omar, he dies in the streets with Marlo. That shit is bound to happen. Neither one will rest now until it's done with.

The only one I can see get out of this cleaner than they came in, is Bubbles. I can see him as the silverlining.

Damn, Avon only had a 2 minute skit in the whole sesason!

P.S - Now that I've started watching The Sopranos again, I can safely say, it shits all over The Wire, and then some.

It's all part of the game!
