the taxi driver actually got paid to be driven by shumie.
I heard this story a while back but thought it was the sort of crap the sun usually come up with, but it does appear to be true.

Yeah, probably the taxi driver just didn't have much choice but to give Schummi the steering-wheel. I don't think the taxi-drivers minded that he was given a ride by a former F-1 champion. IMO the taxi-driver got lucky...
