I stumbled up on this when i was browsing another site.

it is a list of The net spending of EPL clubs in the past 5 years

It's no suprise that chelsea are at the top and that arenal are towards the bottom of the list.

what really surprised me was that Liverpool's Net expenditure on players is higher than Manchester united's by 8.4 mil yet we are accused of buying the league.

the sources for the data itself is from official sources only.

edit: having done a bit of research it on a lot of fan sites. I think purely man shitty compiled it. Cant have been by a city fan because they cant count.

I have a similar list. And it breaks down what top 4/5 teams have spent on players. Lists fees incoming and out.

I'll save the link until after I finish my article for Terrace Talk....

not a 100% accurate , but gives you the idea

there are team names at the bottom , click on it and it shows teamwise spendings .. ie , the cost of every player bought and sold

liverpool have spent more than us .. but the fact is , even if we had spent more , it doesnt count as buying the league

united have been making a LOT more money than any other club in england for years .. success = > money => better player => more success
