Can you explain why we need to get rid of Carrick first of all. Secdonly, why do we need berbatov. Last time I checked we had the most potent defense, the most potent offense, and in general a scoring beasts in Tevez, Rooney and Saha.

Lastly, when is the last time you've seen a cash plus player deal executed. I can think of only one I've EVER seen and that one was purely daft, as would this proposed trade be. How are you coming up with Berba being valued more than Carrick in the first place? Or is the Sun that gave such an accurate valuation.

how is selling a player to spurs giving liverpool a player? we wouldant even pay liverpool for Mash as he does not belong to them. Carrick has been poor this season andwas hardly anything to write home about last season. I'll admit he had a good game today his passing and vision was excellent but on average his performances arnt near the level he displayed today.

Also the reason I dont see him being sold isnt because he is to good to sell rather the fact no one would put an 18m offer in for him.

Tevez and Rooney yes but I'd replace Saha with Berbatov well I'd prefer a different striker to Berbatov but I'd take him at least he would be fit for more than 10-15 games a season.
