SO who sits? ROoney, Tevez, Benezema? A case for and against each player: Rooney, he has been there the longest, a United favorite, and is arguably the best of the bunch. Also, characterized as the same type of player as Tevez. Tevez, after the ordeal to get him here, they are going to bench him? Only been playing for the club for 6 months. The oldest of teh bunch, albeit 23. Benzema, what looks to be 24 mil and your going to put him on the bench? the youngest, so he has time to wait.
ANd than there is Berbatov. I think that Benzema is a blend of Berbatov and Rooney, the perfect blend, would love to see him up top with Rooney, for years to come.
I think Berbatov and Benzema will be split between CHelsea and United.

you're forgetting Louis Saha.
I'm assuming you have a stance on him?

There is a reason I bleed red. United until I die.
that is unequivically ridiculous. How about you go and watch the sunderland game on the 1st of September as a primer to his entire career. He might be injury prone, but shite he is not. Actually let's move back in time to the spring of 2006, where every game he was fucking immense and was at the time our best player for a good 6 month period. How about we move to the November of that year when he scored what is a brilliant goal against Chelsea. Of note that season he also scored some important goals against Fulham, Charlton Athletic, Manchester City and Blackburn. How about the crucial goal aginst Benfica in the away leg to get us through. Moving back to 2004 when he saved our asses against Arsenal and scored against a resilient Fulham.
No, let's take your position and discount his skill because he gets injured. The best player in the market, Berbatov or not is still not an upgrade on Louis Saha. If you want skill, he's sitting on the bench.
How quickly we forget

Agreed.
People's loyalty and memory extend as far as yesterday.
Give the man some games. He's quality.
"Collar turned up, back straight, chest stuck out, he glided into the arena as if he owned the fucking place. Any arena, but nowhere more effectively than Old Trafford. This was his stage. He loved it, the crowd loved him" -Roy Keane on Eric Cantona
okay? and LIverpool won the league in 1990, what's your point.
In todays footballing society, it is a "what have you done for me lately", just have a look at Sam Allardyce. The most recent achievement that you have just discussed was 2 years ago.
Based on his current form, he needs to go.

We have different thoughts on the current state of football, so I don't believe we will ever agree on this issue.
He's one goal behind Wayne Rooney in probably half the minutes. I'm not saying he's got the quality Rooney has, but he's coming back from injury and he hasn't had the chance to find stride this season...give the man a break

I counted at least 8 times where he lost the ball for us against VIlla, one time, against a good side, it's going to end up hurting the team.
Did you count how many times Ronaldo lost the ball? He's good, right? How about Carrick?
